Sarah is an Associate in our Employment team and advises on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment law issues. In particular, in relation to companies in the technology, media and communications fields.
Sarah's work for clients includes advising on unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancies, restrictive covenants, TUPE, disciplinary and grievance issues and employment tribunal claims. She also advises on employment law issues arising from corporate transactions (business and share sales) and has co-ordinated cross jurisdictional projects for a number of clients. She regularly drafts and negotiates employment documentation such as contracts, settlement agreements and policies.
Sarah studied Law and Spanish at Exeter University before going on to complete the LLM Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School. She then joined the firm as a trainee in 2020 and qualified as an Associate in September 2022.
