Maria Bibik advises clients and represents national and international companies on all aspects of real estate law.
She specializes in real estate transactions, including real estate due diligence, and in representing clients in and out of court in property and civil disputes.
She mainly acts for investment companies, investors, retail groups, insurers, pension funds and users of office properties. Another focus of her work is contract drafting, review and negotiation in the area of commercial tenancy law as well as asset and property management.
Maria studied law in Giessen and Cologne. She completed her legal clerkship in Cologne and Berlin. She was admitted to the bar in 2020. Before joining Osborne Clarke, she worked as a lawyer at a German law firm in Cologne, also in real estate law.
