Based in the London office, Harry advises on a broad range of corporate matters and has particular experience in advising founders, management teams, companies and institutional investors in private equity backed and M&A transactions.
Before joining Osborne Clarke, Harry trained at a national firm and qualified as a solicitor in September 2022.
