Hannah-Maria Merkle advises national and international companies, often from the IT and healthcare sectors on all matters relating to individual and collective employment law.
In particular, she supports US companies in setting up HR structures and processes in Germany and in implementing employment relationships. One focus of her expertise is advising on variable remuneration models (commissions, bonuses, management bonuses, stock options) and on data protection issues in the employment context.
Hannah-Maria represents German subsidiaries of global corporations and medium-sized companies in and out of court. She is a specialist lawyer in employment law and has been working as a lawyer at Osborne Clarke since 2017.
