After a significant experience accrued in both commercial and employment matters, Giuliana's practice now focuses on employment law.
Giuliana advises Italian and foreign clients operating in a variety of industry sectors (including multinationals operating in the cinema industry and retail), in litigation before the employment tribunals, including the Supreme Court. She also advises on day-to-day issues affecting HR departments relating to the management of employment relationships and assists clients in negotiations with Unions within collective redundancy procedures, transfers of undertakings, outsourcing transactions, etc.
Giuliana was admitted to appear before the Supreme Court in 2016.
Giuliana is considered as a Rising Star in the Employment Law in Italy Guide by Legal 500. Before joining Osborne Clarke in 2018, she worked with a leading law firm in Rome.
