Osborne Clarke advises Autotorino S.p.A. in the contract for the acquisition of Mercedes-Benz Roma

Autotorino S.p.A., leading automotive dealer present in Lombardy, Piedmont, Emilia-Romagna, Veneto and Friuli-Venezia Giulia, has signed a contract for the acquisition of the entire share capital of Mercedes-Benz Roma S.p.A. from Mercedes-Benz Italia S.p.A.. The transaction concerns the sale of the brand's six Roman dealerships, which will continue to rely on the work of the 380 employees currently on staff.

Osborne Clarke advised Autotorino S.p.A. with a team led by partner Riccardo Roversi and composed of associate Alberto Passera, senior lawyer Myriam Ambrosio, lawyer Lucio Caruso and trainee Gaia Lagrasta for corporate matters, as well as senior associate Giuliana Caira for labour law aspects and senior associate Angelo Molinaro for antitrust aspects.
