Elizabeth is a Legal Director in our Tax Group with a broad practice in UK and cross-border tax issues.
Her work covers standalone tax advisory work and structuring advice, as well as transactional work.
She advises on a broad range of corporate and business tax issues, including fund structures, domestic and cross-border property investment, VAT and stamp duty issues, FATCA and other cross-border tax information exchange and reporting regimes, securitisations and finance transactions, group reorganisations and international tax structuring.
She is particularly recognised for her work acting for fund managers and institutional investors in connection with investment funds, and has been recognised by Legal 500 as a Rising Star.
Elizabeth is a Chartered Tax Adviser.
