Helping you succeed in tomorrow's world
My preference for any client is to work with them from as early a stage as possible in any project so that I fully understand their objectives and can help advise both on the strategy to successfully meet them but also the subsequent negotiations with the other parties.
Through my career I have retained close links with the projects on which I have advised and continue to advise on those projects throughout their lifespan. This ongoing relationship then feeds back into new projects so that we continue to learn and improve the terms for new deals and projects which come to market.
The longevity of my career has also seen numerous government policy initiatives come and go and funding structures fall in and out of favour. This experience ensures that I am able to call on a huge wealth of precedent knowledge to help find the right answer without reinventing the wheel.
