Dr Alexander Dlouhy focuses on transactions, contract drafting and the regulatory framework of energy projects and business models as well as issues related to climate change mitigation and climate change.
Alexander heads the Decarbonisation practice at Osborne Clarke in Germany.
He advises companies and investors on energy and infrastructure projects and transactions (e.g. renewable energies, conventional power plants, networks (power, gas, district heating and cooling), energy storage and infrastructure for mobility (e.g. emobility, LNG, hydrogen) and according business models (e.g. emobility, local heating and cooling, energy efficiency and energy concepts in buildings, neighbourhoods and industrial areas, contracting/energy services, hydrogen, software-based services, start-up investments). In this context, Alexander advises on contract drafting (e.g. on energy supply contracts), regulatory aspects and ESG.
He also advises clients on joint ventures, cooperations and M&A transactions with a focus on the energy sector.
