In this context, Alexander advises on contract drafting (e.g. on energy supply contracts), regulatory aspects and ESG.
He also advises clients on joint ventures, cooperations and M&A transactions with a focus on the energy sector.
With Osborne Clarke, we were fortunate to find not only lawyers with specialist knowledge of corporate, energy and real estate law, but also a team that could genuinely tackle all aspects of sector coupling in an integrated way.
