UK Knowledge Collection | Green agreements and competition law, avoiding supply chain risk, and cyber resilience

Published on 12th Apr 2024

Welcome to this week's Knowledge Collection

As businesses strive to develop more sustainable practices, the UK competition regulator has published its second informal guidance under its "open door" policy in relation to green agreements. Its willingness to provide such guidance provides businesses with an opportunity to obtain clarity and assurance for their own agreements with competitors on sustainability collaborations.

Sustainability reporting and transparency obligations are growing, and businesses increasingly need to look to their whole value chains. Our webinar series on supply chain risk, starting next week, looks how to implement a compliant sustainable supply chain, with other sessions also covering digitalisation, spotting distress in your supply chain, and reducing exposure to cyber risk.

Our "Dipping into Data" webinar examines more broadly the developing legal landscape of cybersecurity for businesses, and our "Eating Compliance for Breakfast" series discusses the new security obligations for connected devices, that come into force this month.
