Where are we now and where are we going?

Following on from our highly popular AI webinar and roundtable discussion as part of Osborne Clarke's Future of Financial Services Week, we would be delighted for you to join our follow-on webinar. As has been well publicised since then, the UK government has published its consultation response to its 2023 AI Governance White Paper and some initial guidance for regulators on implementing its five core principles. The Financial Conduct Authority and Bank of England (as well as other regulators in other sectors) have very recently published their responses.

In our webinar, we will provide an update on the financial services regulators' current strategic approach to AI and the steps they are taking in line with the expectations in the White Paper.
