Register now for our cyber security and data privacy event - featuring a keynote speech from the ICO

Join us for an in-person event exploring today’s most pressing issues surrounding cyber security and data privacy enforcement. The ICO's keynote speech will be followed by an exploration of upcoming regulatory changes, and practical insights for the C-suite, including crisis management best practice.

On the agenda:

  • ICO enforcement & policy: The ICO's keynote speech will explore how the ICO handles data breaches and cyber incidents (including engagement with organisations during an investigation) and the ICO's approach to enforcement action and fines.

Speaker: Padi Dolatshahi, Principle Lawyer for the Information Commissioner's Office

  • Horizon-scanning: Our expert panel will be looking at new and upcoming cyber-related legislative changes, litigation trends and notable decisions, and enforcement activity from different regulatory authorities, across both the UK and EU.

Speakers: Jonathan McDonald, Nina Lazic and Charlie Wedin

  • Cyber priorities for the C-suite: The team will delve into the cyber security considerations keeping boards up at night, including the trend towards personal liability, best practice for dealing with crises, insurance strategy considerations, the impact of cyber risk on M&A activity and juggling budgetary priorities across global regimes.

Speakers: Ashley Hurst, Georgina Graham, Leanne Wright, Philip Tansley, Henry Fox

There will be an opportunity to meet with our speakers and other attendees over breakfast prior to the event, and coffee and cake after the event.
