Henry sits in Osborne Clarke's commercial disputes team and has a particular focus on crisis and reputation management, and media and information related disputes

Alongside a varied commercial disputes practice, Henry regularly advises clients on critical issues and disputes which impact their reputation, as well as on complex points of information law.

This includes frequently advising businesses and their leaders on dealing with adverse media and other reputational/crisis-related issues, and on the protection of confidential information.

In addition to this work, Henry often advises broadcasters, publishers, and platforms on content-related issues and disputes.

He has an established practice in advising companies on various contentious data protection and privacy issues. He is regularly instructed by clients in the financial services sector on data protection disputes relating to due diligence and anti-money laundering issues and advises clients on responding to and managing cyber incidents and on consequential regulatory obligations and litigation. He is a member of the team currently acting for a client in defence of a data breach claim brought by around 20,000 individuals.

Ranked in the 2025 Spear's Reputation Index of the best reputation lawyers, Henry is a regular speaker at industry events on key developments in media and information law.
