We are currently seeking candidates for the position of:
Paralegal in Banking and Finance Practice
WHAT WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES?
- Preparing drafts of transaction documentation (credit agreements, security agreements) and legal opinions;
- Legal research, covering topics particularly related to civil law and financial regulations (including, among others, Banking Law, Payment Services Act);
- Supporting lawyers in ESG projects, including in financial institutions;
- Assisting lawyers in projects conducted in collaboration with the IT & Data Practice;
- Preparing and archiving documentation;
- Supporting the team in handling matters in courts and administrative offices;
WHAT ARE OUR REQUIREMENTS?
- Higher education or status as a student in the 4th-5th year of Law;
- Availability – available 5 days a week in the office (hours to be agreed upon);
- Interest in issues related to transactional banking, regulatory matters, or ESG, as well as initial experience gained in law firms will be an additional asset;
- Fluent knowledge of English (minimum C1);
- Very good work organization, commitment, and willingness to deepen knowledge;
- Interpersonal skills, high personal culture, and responsibility;
- Ability to work in a team;
