We are currently seeking candidates for the position of:
Associate in Dispute Resolution
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate within a team to manage a diverse portfolio of complex, interdisciplinary litigation cases across common courts, administrative courts, and arbitration tribunals.
- Draft and review procedural documents, actively participate in procedural activities, and represent clients before judicial and administrative authorities.
- Prepare comprehensive memoranda and legal opinions tailored to specific case needs.
- Formulate and execute litigation strategies for commercial cases, offering strategic advisory to clients at the pre-litigation stage.
- Provide expert advice and representation in bankruptcy and restructuring matters, ensuring clients' interests are fully protected.
- Oversee the claims recovery process in both judicial and enforcement proceedings, ensuring efficient resolution.
- Deliver continuous legal advisory services to clients, maintaining a proactive approach to their needs.
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
- Higher education in law;
- Professional qualifications as a legal advisor or attorney-at-law;
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in conducting litigation cases (economic, civil, criminal);
- Very good knowledge of civil law and civil procedure regulations;
- Skills in drafting procedural documents, representation before courts, and writing memoranda/legal opinions;
- Experience in representing clients in proceedings before UOKiK and SOKiK is welcome;
- Very good command of the English language, including legal terminology (minimum level C1);
- Very good computer skills (MS Office suite, legal information systems);
- Professionalism and responsibility;
- Reliability and commitment to entrusted tasks;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Ability to work under time pressure;
- Interpersonal skills and a high level of personal culture.
