We are currently seeking candidates for the position of:
Junior Associate / Associate in Corporate / M&A
YOUR TASKS:
- Preparing corporate documents in connection with transactional and reorganization processes;
- Conducting legal analyses and reporting as part of due diligence studies and supporting the coordination of due diligence processes;
- Preparing transactional documentation (SPA, SHA, JV) and accompanying documents for various M&A projects;
- Supporting the coordination of transactional processes and assisting or leading reorganization processes;
- Supporting relations with Clients and other Osborne Clarke teams, including foreign offices;
- Other legal tasks supporting the ongoing functioning of the team.
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
- 2-4 years of experience working as a lawyer after completing legal studies;
- Experience with at least some of the tasks indicated above;
- At least good technical skills such as knowledge of civil law, commercial company law, and legal English;
- Very good ability to apply theoretical knowledge in practice;
- Diligence and responsibility, reliability, and conscientiousness;
- Team spirit, coordination skills, and effective communication;
- At least 1.5 years of experience in an international law firm or boutique firm is preferred;
- Familiarity with PE/VC contexts is welcomed;
