We advised Barcelona-based HR SaaS developer Factorial in an $80m series B finance round, led by Tiger Global, with co-investment by funds Creandum and CRV.

Advised Causeway Technologies on a £120 million investment to fund strategic acquisitions and accelerate its organic growth strategy to digitally connect the construction supply chain through further development of its Cloud Platform. 

We advised Highland Europe and Frog Capital on additional investment in Modulr an embedded payments platform for digital businesses. 

We advised on the launch of the Foresight Williams joint venture (and Foresight Williams EIS Fund). 

Advised Highland Europe on its series C$100 million investment in SaaS platform Plentific. 

Osborne Clarke advises N26 in billion-dollar funding round with top investors.

We advised Eight Roads on its lead in 7bridges' $17 million Series A fundraising round. Eight Roads led the round together with Local Globe and enterprise VC Crane. With this round 7 bridges has raised just over $20 million to date. 

Osborne Clarke has advised DoorDash on USD 750 million Series B financing round of rapid delivery firm Flink SE.

We advised Flock on $17 million fundraise led by social capital to reinvent insurance for connected vehicles. A funding to supercharge its expansion into new geographies and product lines. 

We advised BGF on its lead investment in a £58 million funding of disruptive femtech firm Elvie, the revolutionary global health and lifestyle brand developing iconic products for women. 

We advised on the launch of Passion Capital's third venture fund. 

We advised Element Ventures, a global venture capital fund, as the lead investor in Coincover's $9.2 million Series A round. The funding will be used to drive awareness of the product offering and grow the team so that Coincover can support more of the crypto market. 

We advised NeRRe Therapeutics on its £20 million Series B2 financing round. The financing involved a syndicate of leading transatlantic life sciences investors led by new investor Columbus Venture Partners and existing investors Advent Life Sciences, Fountain Healthcare Partners, Forbion Capital Partners and OrbiMed. 

We advised BGF and CPT Capital on a £11 million equity fundraising round for THIS, a plant-based, meat alternative brand. 

We advised digital onboarding platform, Thirdfort, on its latest £1.5 million fund raising. Leading digital entrepreneur Alex Chesterman is among the high profile names to have reinvested. The funding will support expansion in the legal and property sectors for the digital ID and anti-money-laundering start up.  

We advised on the launch of all of Illuminate's funds (three in total), focusing on early-stage investments in the global capital markets Fintech market. 

We advised BGF on a £10.5 million minority investment in e2e-assure, an established, fast-growth cybersecurity. The Funding will be used to facilitate international growth and expand its go-to marketing offering.
