Elizabeth Yell

Elizabeth is a Legal Director in our corporate and venture capital practice.

Elizabeth has a particular specialism in venture and growth capital fundraisings and university spin-out transactions, primarily in the technology and life sciences sectors. She advises on a full range of funding rounds from start-up and seed rounds to major institutional rounds and has acted for a number of VC backed companies from incorporation to exit. She also advises on a wide variety of other corporate transactions (including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and reorganisations) and has significant experience of general corporate advisory work. Elizabeth acts for a number of institutional investors as well as early-stage, high-growth VC backed companies.

Elizabeth is listed as a "Rising Star" in the Legal 500 Venture Capital 2020. Elizabeth joined Osborne Clarke in 2021.
