Osborne Clarke advises Ruby Hotel in a build-to-rent hotel project in Rome

Osborne Clarke advised in the ambit of  the development project for a hotel in Via Nazionale in the heart of Rome, operated by Lean Luxury hotel group Ruby Hotel on the initiative of ECE Work & Live.

The hotel - scheduled to open in 2025 - will be the result of the conversion of a 19th century building and will have 165 rooms, with a bar and rooftop terrace, with a total investment value of approximately €60 million.

Osborne Clarke - with a team led by partner Simone Monesi - advised Ruby Hotel in all aspects of the project, from acquisition to planning, construction and management.
