Osborne Clarke con Aegide nella cessione di uno sviluppo residenziale di 8.000 mq a Milano

Osborne Clarke assisted Aegide Milano Vivarini S.r.l. (Aegide's vehicle), in the sale of a buildable area located in Milan, intended for an important real estate development project, mainly residential.

The area, with a building capacity of over 8,000 square metres, is located in the south-west of the city, near the Naviglio Pavese, not far from the Milanese universities Bocconi, NABA and IULM. The development has already obtained planning approval.
