In Italy Osborne Clarke has introduced a maternity bonus for female professionals returning to work at the end of their maternity leave. The bonus is aimed at covering nursery or baby-sitting expenses for a period of twelve months. For new fathers, a period of fifteen days' paid leave has now been introduced.
