International legal practice Osborne Clarke has supported obesity and diabetes biotech start-up Zihipp on its sale to Metsera Inc., a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company.

Led by Corporate Partner Justin Starling, who has supported Zihipp since its 2012 spin-out from Imperial College London and through its Series A funding, the Osborne Clarke team has now advised the management team and majority shareholders on the acquisition by Metsera.
