Osborne Clarke Netherlands has advised acquisition Kodision by Atabix Group

Atabix Group, a leading provider of software for government, has strengthened its market position with the acquisition of Kodision. Software company Atabix, based in Amsterdam, focuses on digitising critical processes at governments and large enterprises.

Kodision, based in Arnhem, was founded in 1998 by Okke Nijdam. Since then, Kodision has grown into a leading player in software for the public sector. Its TriplEforms and MijnOmgeving applications are widely used software solutions in the public sector. After the acquisition, Atabix Group employs 117 people.
