Osborne Clarke with Mount Street Mortgage Servicing Limited in the financing provided to Castello SGR

Osborne Clarke advised Mount Street Mortgage Servicing Limited, as agent for the financing, in connection with a loan granted by an international lender to Castello SGR, as asset manager of the closed-end real estate alternative investment fund reserved for professional investors 'GO Italia IX'.

Castello SGR is a market-leading asset management company in the promotion and management of alternative investment vehicles, mainly real estate. The €100 million loan is for the acquisition, and in some cases the development, of eight logistics assets located in northern Italy with a total area of approximately 250,000 sqm.

Osborne Clarke's team was led by partner Andrea Pinto, Head of Financial Services in Italy, assisted by lawyer Ilaria Cutolo.
