He has been recommended by Legal 500. Steve will be working across Osborne Clarke's Bristol, Reading and London offices.
James Tarleton joins from Addleshaw Goddard and will be based in the Banking team in London. His main focus is in mid-market financial services transactions in the receivables financing and Asset Based Lending (ABL), specialty finance and trade finance markets. He acts for banks, financial institutions, specialist lenders, alternative credit providers, agents/security agents and corporate borrowers on a range of financing transactions.
Tim Simmonds, Partner and head of the Projects, Real Estate and Finance practice group at Osborne Clarke said: "Steve and James are two strategic appointments that add real strength and depth to our teams. Steve will help us to sustain and build our sector profile and he will be a real asset in supporting our existing national clients. While James's ABL, trade finance and speciality finance experience covers three overlapping areas that will complement the rest of our finance and banking practice areas. It's also a key component in mid-market transactions and a new space for us."
