Osborne Clarke in France advised Newen Studios (a subsidiary of the TF1 Group) on a Sale & Leaseback transaction with the city of Sète, concerning a property complex (film and TV production studios) covering over 9,000 sq.m., located in Sète (34200).
The team was involved in the public law aspects of the City of Sète's exercise of its right of pre-emption, as well as the private law aspects of the deed of sale and subsequent commercial lease.
