Osborne Clarke in France announces the appointment of Alexandre Silva-Delaquaize, working in the Public Law team, as Counsel.
Alexandre Silva-Delaquaize joined the team led by Alexandre Le Mière in August 2019, and in this capacity acts for the firm's French and international clients in all areas of public business law.
Alexandre's practice mainly covers public contracts (contracts, concessions, subsidies, financing), public institutional set-ups (semi-public companies), real estate and public procurement.

Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2015, Alexandre holds a bachelor's degree in history (University of Strasbourg, 2011), a master's degree in European law (Sciences Po, 2012) and a master's degree in public business law (University of Paris I, 2013).
