International legal practice Osborne Clarke will further expand its IP Disputes Practice with the appointment of John Linneker, a leading IP Litigation Partner, who joins its London office on 2 December 2024.
John joins as a Partner from Fieldfisher, where his practice specialises in IP disputes involving trade marks, copyright, designs, and confidential information.
With a wide and varied client base, John has acted for clients in some of the most high-profile IP disputes to come before the English courts. This includes Sky v SkyKick, where John led the team acting for SkyKick at all stages of the litigation, including in the UK Supreme Court.
Prior to joining Fieldfisher, John was a Partner at Dentons and Taylor Wessing.
