Osborne Clarke advises UniCredit S.p.A. on a green loan to Europa Risorse SGR S.p.A.

Osborne Clarke advised UniCredit S.p.A., as mandated lead arranger, bookrunner, original lending bank, agent bank and green structuring advisor, and as beneficiary, in connection with a €40 million financing transaction granted to Europa Risorse SGR S.p.A, on behalf of the reserved real estate alternative investment fund ER Logistics Fund 5, aimed, inter alia, at partially financing the acquisition of a plot of land and the development of a 62,200 sqm building complex to be used for logistics purposes, located in Torrazza Piemonte.

Osborne Clarke assisted UniCredit S.p.A. in the negotiation of the transaction and the financial documentation with a multidisciplinary team led by partner and Head of Financial Services Andrea Pinto, with associate Rocco De Nicola and trainees Francesco Fallara and Bianca Tomassetti, for banking law profiles, by partner Simone Monesi and associate Roberto Salis for real estate law profiles, and by partner Claudio Grisanti for all tax aspects.
