Osborne Clarke advised UniCredit S.p.A., as mandated lead arranger, bookrunner, original lending bank, agent bank and green structuring advisor, and as beneficiary, in connection with a €40 million financing transaction granted to Europa Risorse SGR S.p.A, on behalf of the reserved real estate alternative investment fund ER Logistics Fund 5, aimed, inter alia, at partially financing the acquisition of a plot of land and the development of a 62,200 sqm building complex to be used for logistics purposes, located in Torrazza Piemonte.
