International legal practice Osborne Clarke has advised test IO on its acquisition by EPAM Systems. The parties have agreed not to disclose the investment amount.

test IO offers a SaaS crowdtest platform that enables software development teams to deliver higher quality software faster and more flexibly. The platform allows apps to be tested in real time by real people on real devices during the entire development cycle. test IO has managed to reduce costs by less than 80% and test time by 50% or more. The company's global testing community ensures 24/7 on-demand availability and coverage across all major devices, operating systems and languages. test IO was founded in 2011 and is headquartered in Berlin, Germany, with an office in Oakland, California.
