Osborne Clarke advises Receeve on USD 7 million financing round

Osborne Clarke advised the Hamburg start-up Receeve on its USD 7 million financing round. Investors include Seaya Ventures and 14W as well as the old investors Mangrove, Speedinvest and Seedcamp.
The Osborne Clarke team that advised Receeve consisted of Nicolas Gabrysch (Lead, Corporate / VC) and Sonja Riedemann (Employment Law).
The FinTech was founded in 2019 by Paul Jozefak and Michael Backes and sees itself as a “digital debt servicing platform”. At the beginning of 2020, EUR 4 million flowed into the start-up.
