International legal practice Osborne Clarke has advised Nplus1 Singer Advisory LLP on the successful £3.8 million placing for AIM-quoted Frontier IP Group plc, a specialist in commercialising university intellectual property.
The Placing, which is conditional on approval of Frontier's shareholders at its annual general meeting on 4 December 2019, was announced on 6 November 2019.
Frontier will use the fundraising to support the ongoing needs of the business, the conversion of its pipeline and provide resource to exploit future investment opportunities and the continued development and commercialisation of the current portfolio.
N+1 Singer acted as sole broker and sole bookrunner in connection with the Placing. Allenby Capital Limited acted as Frontier's nominated adviser.
