Alcedo SGR, through the Alcedo V Fund, has acquired control of the companies P.A. ABS. S.r.l. and P.A. Expertise S.r.l. (jointly the PA Group) from the Retelit Group, one of Italy's leading TLC operators. PA ABS and PA Expertise are specialised in the implementation of application solutions and advanced system integration services in the SAP and Microsoft areas, respectively.

The transaction was realised together with a pool of financial investors led by Alcedo and comprising FVS SGR, Friulia and Clessidra Capital Credit SGR.

Osborne Clarke Italy advised the investing managers, who participated in the investment with a common vehicle alongside the financial investors, with a team led by partners Alessandro Villa and Federico Banti, with associate Alberto Passera, for the corporate matters and with a team led by partner Andrea Pinto, with associate Ilaria Cutolo and trainee Francesco Fallara, for the financing aspects.
