International legal practice Osborne Clarke advises digital marketing communications company Investis on its acquisition of ZOG Digital.

Backed by private equity firm, ECI Partners, Investis is a leading digital communications company based in London and New York.  The move expands the ability of Investis to provide integrated corporate communications solutions to the world’s most successful companies. They currently have more than 2,000 global clients supported by 500 staff.

Founded in 2011, ZOG specialises in search, content marketing, paid media and social marketing and will have more than 100 employees following the acquisition.  Their clients include Whirlpool, Fruit of the Loom, Wyndham Vacation Rentals and Del Monte.

The Osborne Clarke Corporate team who advised on the cross boarder transaction was led by Partner Mark Spinner who was supported by Senior Associate Sarah Crabtree and Associate Kate Robinson. Partner Hugh Jones, Legal Director Rebecca Scott and Associate Laura Hanley.
