Laura has particular expertise in the financing of digital and tech-enabled businesses including SaaS, fintech and subscription-based models and advises on a broad range of lending products and debt structures, including super senior, senior and mezzanine debt, recurring revenue based debt products and venture debt products, as well as more traditional cashflow and asset-based lending.

During this time, Laura also helped shape the firm's go-to-market strategy in New York and spent time raising the firm's profile, in particular in the Financial Services sector.
Helping you succeed in tomorrow's world
My experience working with some of the most innovative lenders and companies means I regularly work closely with my clients to navigate the legal aspects of new debt finance products and business models, whether that is financing development of deep tech or looking at new and clever ways to finance the increasingly dominant subscription economy. This experience enables me to take my knowledge of traditional debt financing terms and structures and apply it to the financing of companies that are transforming our lives through tech and innovation.
