Osborne Clarke advised BPER Banca S.p.A. and BNL BNP Paribas in a financing transaction for an "eligible green" project aimed at the acquisition of two buildings located in Via Tucidide 56, Milan, and their subsequent renovation to use the property complex for co-living.
The loan was granted to Deametra SIINQ S.r.l. - a subsidiary of Homizy SIIQ S.p.A. - as borrower, for a maximum, original, amount of €23 million. Lawyer Marco Starace advised Deametra.
The Corporate Lending & Solutions Team of BPER Banca S.p.A., assisted by the Pool Financing Team of the Corporate Finance Department, with the participation of the Milan Enterprise Centre, and the Structured Finance Team of BNL BNP Paribas acted as arrangers and original lenders.
