International legal practice Osborne Clarke has advised Blue Inductive, now known as Wiferion on a series A financing round. The investment was led by Danish investor Nordic Alpha Partners and included the initial investors Phoenix Contact Innovation Ventures, High-Tech Gründerfonds, MBG Mittelständische Beteiligungsgesellschaft Baden-Württemberg and VC Fonds Baden Württemberg, who aim to continue to support the company.

Founded in 2016 as Blue Inductive, Wiferion is a leading provider of mobile, wireless charging solutions for industrial electronic vehicles. Having started series production in 2018 only, Wiferion has an impressive customer list of automobile manufacturers as well as manufacturers of robots, industrial trucks and driverless transport systems. The investment will support Wilferions global ambitions of becoming the driving force behind the electrification of the economy using the money to continue the development of the core technology and develop new systems for new applications.
