International legal practice Osborne Clarke has advised global live events company, AEG Presents, on its new joint venture with the Eden Project to run the celebrated Eden Sessions series of concerts.
A new company, Eden Sessions Limited, has been created by the two organisations to hold all future events, and is now looking ahead to the next series in summer 2020.
By joining forces, AEG Presents and Eden will build on the already hugely impressive Eden Sessions legacy and brand, delivering even more major artists to perform at the famous Biomes in Cornwall, UK.
Since its inception in 2002 with a headline show by Pulp, the Eden Sessions have featured performances from a huge range of major names, including Muse, Oasis, Elton John, Blondie, Bjork, Lionel Richie, Paul Weller, Mumford and Sons, Blink 182, Sigur Ros, The XX, the Pixies, Tom Jones, Van Morrison and the Queens of the Stone Age. Among this year’s headliners were Kylie Minogue, the Chemical Brothers, Stereophonics and Nile Rodgers & CHIC.
Associate Director Ken Wilkinson led the Osborne Clarke team, with assistance from corporate Associate Andrew Carter.
