Andrew Carter

Andrew is an Associate Director in the London corporate team.

Andrew works on a broad range of domestic and cross-border corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, group restructurings and joint ventures.

He has experience of advising private and listed companies that operate in a variety of sectors including Real Estate and Infrastructure and Tech, Media and Comms.

Andrew qualified in September 2015 and joined Osborne Clarke from the London office of Simmons & Simmons in 2019. He has also previously been on secondment to a leading investment bank.
