Osborne Clarke advised Superdry on the opening of a new outlet store in Lyon

Osborne Clarke advised the UK based group Superdry on the negotiation of a commercial lease for a new store of approx. 260 sq.m. located in the shopping centre "The Village" in the Lyon area.
Inaugurated in 2018, "The Village" covers more than 27,000 sq. m. and comprises approximately 130 retail cells dedicated to the Outlet.
Superdry was advised by Osborne Clarke's Real Estate team, with Partner Stéphane Catays, Senior Associate Franck-Olivier Klein and Associate Déborah Boussemart.
