Osborne Clarke is pleased to announce the arrival of Cristina Gabardi as a partner at its Milan offices. Cristina's arrival will strengthen the offering of the firm's Corporate and M&A team.
Cristina Gabardi advises on corporate and commercial matters and is an expert in M&A, extraordinary transactions and Private Equity, mergers and demergers and joint ventures. She has also developed specific experience in the area of M&A insurance (W&I policies and related products). She also advises on compliance and corporate governance.
Cristina was previously a partner for almost three years in Gambino Repetto & Partners. Prior to that she worked for Molinari e Associati, Norton Rose Fulbright, DLA Piper and Hogan Lovells.
