Vincent Zacharias, LL.M. (University of Minnesota)

Vincent Zacharias advises national and international companies on all aspects of commercial law and distribution law as well as on related competition law issues. He focuses on advising companies in the Mobility and Infrastructure sector.

He specializes in the drafting of commercial contracts and represents clients in disputes in and out of court.

Vincent was admitted to the bar in 2024. Before joining Osborne Clarke, he studied law in Berlin and Rome and obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Minnesota (USA). During his legal clerkship he worked at the German Federal Ministry of Justice and in the commercial litigation department of an international law firm.
