Susanne is a corporate lawyer with a strong expertise on national and international restructuring projects (including mergers, demergers, transformations, co-determination aspects and European Stock Corporations).

Susanne advises German, international companies and groups on restructuring projects and all matters relating to corporate law. She provides comprehensive legal advice on the structuring and implementation of national and cross-border restructuring projects. In addition, she is your contact for all aspects of corporate group law, stock corporation law, corporate compliance, the preparation and implementation of general assemblies, and supervisory board meetings (including companies under co-determination law).

Clients in the retail and consumer industry particularly benefit from her industry experience. 

Susanne studied in Augsburg and completed her legal traineeship in Augsburg, Prague and Munich. She joined Osborne Clarke in 2006 after working with an international law firm in Munich associated with a large accounting firm.
