Stephanie advises companies on all matters regarding national and international tax law.

Her focus is on tax implications of M&A transactions and VAT issues.

Stephanie studied tax law at the University of Applied Sciences for the Civil Service in Bavaria (Dipl.-Finanzwirtin (FH)) and subsequently law in Augsburg. She completed her legal clerkship at the Munich Higher Regional Court. During her legal clerkship, Stephanie worked amongst others at the tax court and in the tax department of a renowed, tax-centred law firm.

Stephanie was admitted as an attorney in 2024. Before joining Osborne Clarke in Munich, Stephanie worked for a boutique law firm focusing on VAT and customs law. Her focus was on tax compliance.
