Sophie Mullarkey

Her work includes a broad range of transactional corporate matters including M&A, VC and ECM, with a particular interest in media, tech and retail.
Sophie trained at Osborne Clarke and qualified into our Corporate team in September 2024.
During her training contract, Sophie spent six months on secondment at a major multinational telecommunications company during which time she supported on multiple cross-jurisdictional M&A deals, as well as a variety of non-contentious intellectual property matters such as licences, assignments, partnership agreements and endorsements.
