Sian is a Senior Associate in our corporate practice group and is based in the Thames Valley Office.
Sian's experience covers a broad range of corporate transactional work, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, investment work (both private equity and venture capital), group restructurings and general corporate advice.
Her clients include early-stage, high-growth technology companies, institutional investors and large corporates, across a broad range of industry sectors.
Sian has worked in the Thames Valley since she qualified as a solicitor in 2017 and joined Osborne Clarke in January 2023.
