Shinead Wilson is a Legal Director in our London property disputes team and has 13 years' experience in advising developers and neighbouring owners alike.
Shinead is primarily an expert in the area of rights of light, but has broad experience in a range of neighbourly matters, both on a contentious and non-contentious basis, including boundaries, party wall matters, adverse possession, easements and noise nuisance.
A recognised expert in property-related disputes, Shinead has extensive Upper Tribunal and High Court experience.
Shinead is an skilled negotiator, having negotiated multiple £m settlements for her clients. She is known for giving practical and clear advice so that her clients are enabled to deliver their schemes of development as quickly and efficiently as possible.
