Sarah is an Associate in our Banking and Finance team. She advises a wide variety of banks, debt funds, and corporate borrowers and has experience of bilateral, syndicated and multi-jurisdictional transactions with a particular focus on acquisition and leveraged finance.

Sarah joined Osborne Clarke as a trainee in 2021 having graduated from the University of Reading the year before. She completed her training contract with the firm and qualified in September 2023.
