Sarah Julia von Buehler

Sarah Julia von Buehler advises national and international companies on M&A deals and all types of share deals, in particular private equity and venture capital financing, as well as on all matters of general corporate law (corporate housekeeping).

Besides financial investors and growth companies, she provides legal guidance to new entrepreneurs and start-ups as well as international clients in relation to establishing and expanding their business operations in Germany.

Sarah Julia studied law in Munich. During her legal traineeship, she worked for international law firms in Cologne and New York City as well as for the Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology in Berlin.
